How is it already April 1st tomorrow? How?
I don't know where March went, but here's a desktop background I made that you can download if you also need a reminder that it's April already.
Any plans or suggestions for some April fooling tomorrow?

Pick Pink
Today was mostly overcast and a bit dreary in the city, so here's some hot pink to liven things up a bit:

Sidewalk Saturday 3/27
This Saturday was full of fun finds!
I went to the San Francisco Antique Mall for the first time, and found this really cool reverse painting on glass I wish I could have bought:
And these antique valve handles were pretty awesome too:
After the antique mall, my friend Alicia and I headed to the Alemany Farmer's Market which was nearby:
I bought some fresh strawberries, but didn't get any flowers this time.
Here's some pictures of an amazing graffiti wall near the farmer's market:
I love the color combos in these, especially the last one!
And last but not least, I found this stencil near Folsom St while walking to the car after stopping at a garage sale:

Things I'm Thankful for Thursday 3/25
This is a quick one, I'm worn out from a couple of really busy days in a row. Here's what I'm thankful for this Thursday:
1. I finally broke down and bought a french press, no more instant coffee!
How is your week going? Reading any good books?

2. Remembering how fun it is to drive a car (I've only driven a hand full of times since moving to SF two years ago).

3. Starting a new book in my book club (The Devil in the White City).

4. Nail art pens. Too much fun!

If My Day Was A Wallpaper
It would be this one:
{Johnny Miller via Design Is Mine}
Spring-like, cheerful, and full of many different things.

Sidewalk Saturday 3/20
I ran across several new sidewalk stencils this week while walking around parts of the city I hadn't been to before. There were even a couple I didn't get good pictures of that I'll probably go back for.
And here's a robot graffitied onto some kind of tank, similar to the mailbox one I posted before.
My favorite is the robot, but I also can't help but love the phrase "manimals smell like bad decisions," it's kind of brilliant. What do you think?

I also took a picture of the new CB2 window because I liked the stenciled signs, and the message (I also love reflection photos).

Things I'm Thankful For Friday Edition
I was super busy yesterday and didn't get a chance to do my usual Things I'm Thankful For Thursday post, so here they are today:
1. A full social calendar.

Pot Of Gold
I was going to post pictures of green interiors for St. Patrick's Day, but this seemed like a lot more fun:
Happy St Patrick's Day!

When I was little I always thought I could really find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. It's a lovely idea isn't it?
I also did a little watercolor to celebrate St. Patty's. I'm falling a little behind on my new years resolution to do a sketch/painting once a week.
