When I was little I always thought I could really find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. It's a lovely idea isn't it?

I also did a little watercolor to celebrate St. Patty's. I'm falling a little behind on my new years resolution to do a sketch/painting once a week.

Watercolor Wednesday

A skill I'm trying to learn/work on right now is watercolor painting. I haven't done much of it before, and it's more challenging than I thought it was going to be. I love the softer, dreamy quality of watercolors though.

I did this one for a friend, but I think I want to practice a bit more before I give her the final version. The wiggle chair by Frank Gehry is her favorite chair :)
